Quartz is an engineered stone made from natural quartz and resins. It is non-porous, low-maintenance, and highly durable. Natural stones such as granite, marble, and quartzite are formed by nature and each slab has unique patterns and colors.
Quartz and quartzite are among the most durable options. Granite is also very durable. Marble is elegant but softer and more prone to etching and staining.
Quartz requires the least maintenance because it is non-porous and does not need sealing.
Quartz, granite, and quartzite are highly scratch-resistant, but cutting directly on the surface is not recommended. Always use a cutting board.
Use mild soap and water or a non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive pads.
